Think about a 5lbs rule. Weigh yourself no more than once per week and if you gain 5lbs cut back again. Don't stress a pound or two until you hit 5lbs above goal. I have had great luck with the polar Heart Rate Monitors. The replacement chest straps are much cheaper than the whole system. You replace the chest strip yearly with normal use. Give yourself a break......over 200 calories once in 2 months!!!! Pat yourself on the back and take a nice hot bubble bath. (or epsom salt bath if you have sore muscles). At the rate you are going (200 extra every 2 months) it will take you 3 years to gain a pound. P.S Just don't let it happen for another 2 months

Calories are Calories and will put on pounds. With that said I would eat it over a period of time, say a month. It will satisfy any urges and can be worked into your daily calorie limit.

I just started the Bistro M.D. food plan. Is anyone else using it or tried it?
