I completed the program a few years back and just started yesterday. :)

I really wish there was an option to show the countdown clock or not. I feel I focus too much on how much time I have left sometimes. lol

I completed Insanity a few years back and am finishing up week one of Max 30 this week. I agree....it's right up there with the original so far for me. I can't imagine what month two will be like. :o

I completed Insanity a few years back and then bought T25...hated T25. I just couldn't get into it for some reason. I'm starting Insanity Max 30 now and loving it. It's brutal though!!

I would like to join in. I started the program two days ago. Previously I completely 30 Day Shred and Insanity. I injured myself at the end of Insanity a few years back and took time off to recover. Slowly I got back into my old habits and the weight has came back on. I want to lose about 20-30 pounds. We can do this!!!!

A few years back my husband and I completed Insanity (which had been my favorite so far). He ordered Max 30 for me for Christmas and we both started Monday. I have a new favorite program!! This is awesome. I am blown away at the calorie burn for such a short amount of time compared to Insaniy!! Also, I can't believe how…

Welcome! My window of eating is 12-8 pm also. You'll do great!!

I previously tried the 5:2 Diet and didn't see any huge results to continue that plan. After some research, I came across the IF Plan and even my husband is doing this. Our window to eat is Noon - 8 pm and I have seen much better weight loss doing this.

Sorry just checked back on this forum and saw I didn't answer thing.... I'm around 5'2".

Thanks ladies!!! The best thing for me was adding a protein shake half before and half after my workout. I also did not eat back all of my exercise calories and noticed a weight loss when doing this. Like I've said, some preach this is wrong but it worked great for me and recently I had to take a month off from exercising…

Definitey Jericho and The Unit!! Great shows!!

No, I never eat back my exercise calories....at least not all of them. As long as my food consumption is what my "daily" intake is supposed to be, I don't pay attention to the "net". I've done this since I started in January and have reached my goal weight. I've completed Insanity....gained muscle I have never thought I'd…

Thanks!!! Way to go on pushing through and digging deeper too!!!! Yes, it's crazy how addicting Insanity is. Everyone should attempt it and push through at least for a few weeks. Way to go!!

Thanks Melissa!!! You, Larry, Nyork...have been such an inspiration for me to start Insanity to begin with. I tip my hat to you all. MFP wasn't kidding when they say you can lose up to 3x's more with friends. Even though we've never met.....I feel so close to you all and appreciate your continued support. Keep…

Thanks everyone!! No, I just continued on the diet/calorie restriction set by MFP and tried to up my protien levels mainly. I am not a believer of eating back exercise calories either, some are though. I say do what is best for you. I am not going to say I didn't eat back some of them but I NEVER at back all of them.…

You all are seriously too sweet!! My husband was very fit to begin with and had no weight to lose. He gained a lot of endurance and strength. I had much more to improve on for sure!!!!!!!!
-
Thanks everyone! I'll try to answer everyone's questions. Yes, we followed the Insanity calendar with only having Sunday as our rest day. The only thing we did different is where it had the Fit Test and another workout too on Monday's in Month Two, we did the Fit Test on Sunday because we just couldn't see getting through…

Thanks!! He's already in super shape, as his job has him active all of the time. He definitely didn't need to lose weight, so he was eating at maintenance levels but definitely got stronger for sure. He says he didn't see a diffeence but I can tell.
-
Thanks!!! I lost around 24 lbs and a ton of inches. No diet plan other than my own....I actually didn't know there was an official diet plan until about half way through as I bought my Insanity off Craigslist. I just ate up to my calorie goal of 1200 eat day (including a protein shake each morning) and never went over. I'm…

Of course you're supposed to post on here  !! I wouldn't have been able to finish this without you!! Thank you so much for dealing with my grumpy self on many occasions at 5 am when I wasn't feeling very into doing the workout but you always found a way to get me laughing. That's what I love about you most. I…
