OK, you all are funny. Duh, it's a work out dvd....I'm not stupid. Even though 90% of you like to treat people in forums as if they are. I have the dvd. Do you? She is constantly promoting fast results...doesn't allow you to take breaks so you'll burn more calories in shorter amounts of time.....just like the show!! Isn't…

If you don't see the correlation .....really?? Hmm...let's see...Jillian was a trainer on the show?? Not that difficult for some. She even backed their nutrional weight loss journey during the show. So there is your correlation. lol I do find it funny ...sorry some don't find the humor. Everyone takes this eating exercise…

What I find funny is how people want to bash the Biggest Loser all the time but EVERYONE is jumping on doing the 30 Day Shred all the time!!!! What the heck??? lol

Yes, it's definitely a guy thing as women would never be caught yelling out in public like that to men. Frankly I don't get it. It's happened to me at gas stations.....they stare and then do the "Mmmm, mmm" as they hold the door open for me. Yucko, makes me cringe. Don't they realize how creepy that is? Or watching me pump…

Absolutely....that's how I know I'm getting somewhere. As my husband says...no pain, no gain!!

Just started Level 2 last night....what a butt kicker!!

Terrie~ I know you can get to 700 a day. You're in my prayers daily. My calories are set at 1200 a day....due to my amount of exercise, my net is usually around the 800's or lower. I don't eat back my exercise calories and it works great for me.

Salty, crunchy french fries. Yummmmmm

My husband is 16 years older than I am. I'll be 31 in June and he'll be 47 in October. He is very active and I swear you would never guess until he takes off his ball cap and you see his salt-n-pepper hair (which I think is sexy) that he is even in his forties. He is very active at work and his stamina is far higher than…

Just started yesterday evening Level 1 and I never imagined I would be so sore...even immediately afterward. I have been using my eliptical and stepper since January, so I figured it couldn't be too hard right?? Boy was I wrong!!! She kicked my butt big time!! I could barely move this morning. lol I'm definitely going to…

I'm 5' 2 1/2" and my goal weight is 110. Everyone thinks I'm nuts but I'm glad to see other 5' 2" girls on here that also have that same goal weight. My husband thinks I'm fine where I'm at....fluctuating around 125-128 whether I'm retaining water, etc. I am much happier with my body now than I ever have been. So, if I am…

Well stinkers! I was going to try it out......don't know if I will now. Hmmmmmm

I usually prelog my breakfast and lunch during the work week because it's pretty much the same thing except on Friday's. Then whenever I eat out I always research that restaurant and figure out what I'm eatting in advance and prelog it so I'm not wasting anyone's time in the restaurant. Makes it so much easier.

I saw in a recent magazine where Garnier has come out with there own line of "Miracle Skin Perfector B.B. Cream foundation" and want to try it. I'm not sure how much it costs but the adds make it look like it transforms your face from night to day!! Plus it's over the counter. I'll let you know if I do try it. :)

Absolutely agree with many of the previous posts. More than likely if you exercise and eat healthy, at first you will lose more than the average 1-2 pounds per week but then that will slow down. Try to stay away from all fried foods and drink skim milk or 2 %, if you're a milk drinker. Avoid as little carbs as possible and…

Don't let the world scare you Justine...you have God on your side. So let Him give you the strength to overcome any fears you have k? :) Since joining this site I have met people from very different walks of life and have become closer to some more so than others. What comes next? I don't think any of us have that answer…

Thanks, Yeah I have tried different types. That's why he loves garlic bread. He'll tear that stuff up. However, I've never really heard anyone making sandwiches out of garlic bread?? Maybe I guess. I finally got him to try ham during Thanksgiving and he will finally eat that but once again not on bread. I guess that's not…

While I do agree in most cases obese children are a result of their parent's fault....however, many factors can come into play. Each situation is different. There are cases of children suffering with thyroid issues or depression, etc. I personally have a 12 year old son who is slightly over weight and we are working with…

Oh my gosh! I just read the link you posted. I would be more than outraged if that happened to my son when he starts school in the fall. I'd do more than press charges that's for sure. If I was in that situation that teacher better pray I couldn't get a hold of them. Poor child.

Thanks!
