  • My current weight is 129 lbs. And I've been losing weight consistently at around 600-900 net calories. I'm soooo close and I know it will take a while, but I don't want to gain the fat back. But I'm also not that hungry usually to eat back my exercise calories.
  • I love doing Zumba. I have the DVD for Wii and I do classes at my gym. It burns roughly 450 calories per hour, depending on the intensity. I can't believe it's taken this long for Zumba to arrive! Someone should have thought of it a long time ago!

  • You can also stand for 10 minutes for every hour of work you sit down for. If you've spent more than half of the hour sitting, stand for at least 10 minutes. You can still get your work done, but you burn more calories than just sitting.
