New to the group and I started yesterday, April 1st! SW: 265 CW: 265 GW: 215 April goals: 1) Drink lots of water 2) Prepare my own food & healthier snacks 3) Log food daily 4) Workout 4x weekly (walking, gym, yoga) I would love to see 20 pounds gone by July 1st!
