I hated jumping jacks too but on day 3 I didn't have a problem with it.

I'm on day 3. It's not as bad as most people say especially if you've had some sort of stamina. I'm sore but in a good way.

I am type O, it says ,mostly meat. Also states type are usually more successful with low carb. I think it's true.
