My caloric intake usually ends up at 1600 once I add in my exercise - and I've been eating back my exercise calories. I kept my activity level at sedentary because I'm not sure if the length of time that I'me exercising each day constitutes the next level up, Lightly Active. Opinion?

I'm late joining and I haven't measured since Sept 25th-ish buuuuut: CW: 167something GW: 150 I've been doing 30DS since Sept 10 and have actually added 1/2" on my left arm, lost 1/2" on my right arm and 1/2" around my waist; otherwise nothing else has changed. maybe I'm just awful at measuring stuff.
