I agree with the Plain Greek yogurt. I like Fage Plain 0% fat. I put a little vanilla and stevia sweetener in it , and put it on top of a bowl of berries. FAGE 0% PLAIN has no chalky taste. Add a little vanilla and a packet of stevia to it ....then pour over fruit...7 g sugar vs some fruit greek yogurts that have 20g of sugar or more.

thanks for posting the study....it seems positive. I have been on them for a week but wasn't taking the 800-1000 mg daily as suggested for weight loss

Night time is my downfall. I'm eating healthy all day until after dinner. I tried a 100 calorie bag of popcorn after dinner and that was filling and got me through the night.
