I did not lose more than about 4 pounds or so throughout the program, BUT my clothes fit much better. I agree! You did so good! I haven't lost many pounds on JMBR. I had to customize the workouts a little. 1-4 were a little too easy because I was starting off after finishing Ripped in 30. And what is up with wheel pushups? I find them impossible. Just impossible. I thought Lana half-a$$ed it all the way through, which is why she is normally in the back. Love me some Anita, that girl is AWESOME. And I usually love Natalie, but she is doing a lot of standing around in 12. But seriously, though. Wheel pushups?

RI30, workouts 3 & 4 are great. Well, I don't actually love 3 so much with he duck walks and bear crawls, but they're both good workouts.

I have the same set they use. The smallest are 3s, medium 5s, and large are 8s. So you.re ahead of the game, I'd say.

I'm pretty new, too. I am finishing up my fourth week of the program, but doing workouts 7 & 8 (I HATE 7, by the way).
