Isn't it funny how there is a fuzzy line between "Oh My God...you look great and have lost a lot of weight" (said with a smile) and then the "Um...you are going to blow away...eat a cheeseburger" (said with a wrinkled brow)................I think the biggest thing is that if people have seen us heavy for a while then when…

I just got mine less than two weeks ago and love it. I've had no issues synching with MFP or the website....I'm already addicted :)
-
tremendous work! You now have great inspiration for new goals every time you smile in the mirror :)

I just got mine a week and a half ago and also do not have friends yet :) I believe I've hit all my daily numbers....or at least most so far but was traveling the last 5 days and learned that it saved all 5 days info until I synched last night and updated MFP with 2 days worth so I'm learning.....and that's a little info…

I'm sorry, I guess you are right; I should have asked this outside of MFP....I figured so many use fitbit that someone would be able to explain it to me being that what I'd done so far had always been MFP....my apologies. Thx anyway.

I think perhaps there are many who have very different views about what "friends" means on a site like this AND what support means. Do what you can and/or want to....those that value your participation on MFP (in what form it comes in) will still be there when you sign in again :) I think the most important thing is that…

I'm between 5'2-5'3....my starting weight was 204 (sigh) and I'm at 149 now and I'm in "the home stretch" :) I can provide support for your journey and can sure use some support in these last 9 lbs of my own journey

Fabulous job! The smile on the "new you" shows it all...congrats :drinker:
-
GOOD GRIEF! I literally never noticed that! I feel incredibly stupid....I had viewed the default summary FOR THE WHOLE 7 MONTHS....I'm shaking my head at myself that I didn't even realize that was there in the app. THANKS SO MUCH!
-
I will look for that!! Thank you so much!
-
you look beautiful...and while the dress is really nice....it's the smile that does it :) congrats on an awesome achievement!!!!
-
woooo whooooo! I think that's a great milestone :) Rock that leather GARMENT and throw away those PROPS :drinker:
-
Great work and thank you for your service!!

perhaps get rid of the scale completely since you are doing everything right and just use those new clothes as a guideline to how you are doing :) when they fit well you know you are within your boundaries and when they fit snug it's time to tighten up your eating and be more conscience of your choices.
-
I also suggest muscle toning and water....water helps with the overall health and elasticity of the skin and the toning will make your new body look defined and healthy :)

I'm in again! I log on Mondays when my app report comes to me via email :) 10/7 - 10/14 - 10/21 - 10/28 -

SW: 150 CW: 150 GW: 145 Weigh in Dates: 10/1 10/8 10/15 10/22 10/28 End of Month (or whatever weigh in days you use) Total weight lost: I'm going to try to lose 5 but I have doubts....this worked great for me over several months but as I'm in my "home stretch" my loss has slowed down to about a pound a week and I wonder if…

Barely made 5 lbs.....I am hoping this is due to nearing my goal weight and I think I may have to get used to a pound a week if I'm lucky for next month...but a loss is a loss I guess so I should be happy but my goal had been 149 which did not happen.

^^^^ THIS x10 I starting running at 204 with the C25k and I'm to 7 miles now but had to go get fitted for shoes so my shins didn't hurt. Do yourself the favor of going to a running store. If you are worried about cost then go get professionally fitted and they will put you on a treadmill and all to evaluate what shoe you…

I asked the same question months ago when I'd lost 20lbs and no one could tell (including me) and the overwhelming answer was between 40-45lbs (assuming you had that much to lose to begin with)...but they overwhelmingly said "TAKE PICS" and measurements. I high recommend both so you can clearly see your changes side by…

I'm 5'3" and started at 204 in February....when you are ready to lose it you will first start logging everything you eat honestly AND you will walk, walk, and walk some more. You will find you WANT to walk and as a mom of two girls I found the walking (and eventually running) helped me think out my stress and later relieve…

I have lost 54 lbs (for the first and what I hope is the ONLY time) since February 18th, 2013. I log everything I eat and drink (except water) and I run. Well, I started walking 54 lbs ago but after a couple months I decided I wanted to run and I've run ever since. It's hard to be successful if you see this whole thing as…
