Congrats!!!!! Keep at it.....even if you need to repeat a day or week....you can do this! I started it in April and kept with it and my first race is coming up here in a couple weeks and it feels great to know I can do it; but couldn't have even considered running without the C25K program!

I am late finishing this up but I was on vacation....this monthly goal was surpassed but because I spent the last two weeks on vacation running, walking, biking, and hiking. Thanks for the challenge!!!!

Yeah You!!! Sleep solves a lot of things in my opinion.....makes you feel bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning AND keeps the late night hungries away :) Nice job.:drinker:

I'm also set at 1400 without exercise calories....I need to eat more when I run. I have 32 lbs left to lose so if you are anywhere in that range feel free to add me :) You can do it! Choose high fiber and lean protein...lots of veggies is always a good choice
