  • It's great to know I am not alone! I have been trying for awhile now without success. I finally realized I need to be healthier. So I cut out all alcohol, limited caffeine, cut out all meat, started exercising- now trying to lose weight too. :smile:

  • The 30Day Shred. I am on level 2. Once I am done with that, I'll move on to Jillian's other DVD's after the 30 days. I'm thinking about throwing some yoga in there too.
