  • 1/3rd cup fat free blueberry yogurt 1/3rd cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks 1/2 - 1 cup baby spinach 1 frozen banana 1/8th cup green tea or unsweetened vanilla almond milk Ice if needed ~ 200 - 250 calories I have tried some other green smoothie recipes, but this combination has been my favorite so far.
