As of Nov 4: Me:2 Binge:2 We had a funeral this weekend and have been eating junk as we're coping with our nerves and grief. This week I am trying to get back into our daily routine.

Hi, I would like to have some MFP and Fitbit friends. My fitbit profile is http://www.fitbit.com/user/22HNKY It's a good device to get me to move more. Before I had it, I thought I burned a lot more in my daily life than I actually do.

I'm 5"4 and 151. I lose weight if I eat 1800 calories or less a day. I workout 5X a week. My goal weight is 130. The last time I was 130 I wasn't exercising or lifting weights, so I want to see what 130 looks like now and then see if I need to go lower.

I'm interested. Like others, I eat well during the day then blow it at night time. I need help with resisting snacks in the evening. I currently exercise 3X a week but I have to start running soon. I'm signed up for a 10K in May.
