When I want to snack...I snack. I make sure I always have plenty of healthy snacks at the office, usually berries (blueberries and raspberries today), green peppers, pistachios, maybe an apple or baby carrots. I eat 5-8 times a day, each time averaging 100-200 calories, except dinner which is usually around 300-400.

I have a coworker who's been really strange about my weight loss. I was 180.4 when they hired me about a year and a half ago, and I am 150 now (I am 5'8") and my office manager keeps telling me I am "wasting away". How about this one: I managed to bruise my finger pretty badly the other day somehow - I am always hurting…

I have a desk job that occasionally (on average, once a month or so) that requires me to travel to different places around the country. When I travel, I burn plenty of calories between running around the airport to setting up the events, and sometimes I even have time to go to the hotel gym. And I always take stairs when I…

Made a salad: baby spinach and mixed greens, cut up fuji apple, fat free feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, topped with some leftover chicken breast.

11lbs in your first week! That's wonderful! Keep in mind though that a lot of that is probably water weight and probably (shouldn't) continue at that rate. But what a great start!

I definitely do...not so much fried foods since those tend to just give me a stomachache now, but I have ice cream or something sweet pretty much every day! I've lost 31 lbs since last June but have only been on MFP since January

To answer your question, I just kind of eat continuously throughout the day...every hour or two I find myself snacking on something. I do have a slightly bigger lunch, but even then it usually hovers between 200-300 calories. On any given day, I will bring to work to snack on: Pistachios Baby Carrots Raspberries…

I wish each of my meals contained a crab! Yum! :)

Did you put anything in it? I don't like plain greek yogurt on it's own, but add 1tbsp of honey and some berries and it's delicious

3/4 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt 1/2 cup strawberry halves 1/2 cup blueberries 1tbsp honey 16oz black coffee :)

It absolutely gets easier! But don't LET it get easier - once you find that you can easily do 30-60 minutes, up the resistance or speed. When I started I could only do about 8 minutes on the easiest setting, but now I can do about 45 and I have upped the challenge quite a bit

I eat these things almost every day at work: Pistachios Raspberries/blueberries/strawberries Baby Carrots Those are my staples! Great to munch on throughout the day

I took a spinning class last year - it's very very difficult! I felt like I was dying ten minutes in, but I pushed myself hard and managed to finish the hour! As exhausted as I was, I felt great after. I had planned to continue going, but scheduling wouldn't allow it. Try it out! And don't be afraid to modify if it's too…

I've been trying to recruit all my friends and family to join with me! Reason - accountability! Plus it's helped me so much, I want everyone else to reap the benefits as well :)

I just tried this...and I'm happy to report that my "happy weight" is almost exactly my goal weight :) only off by 0.3lbs!
