Thanks OP- I am going to try this as I have been stuck at the same weight for 6 months now no matter what I do and I definitely have slacked on the water intake.

I quit over two years ago with Chantix. I smoked two packs a day for a really long time, so this was like a miracle drug for me. I never even think about it anymore
