^^ no! wheat breat is a step away from white bread.. not the best for you. I would go for WHOLE GRAIN OR RYE if you must have bread. Ezekiel bread is amazing for you.. it's literally right out of the Holy Bible! Lol, pasta should be dramatically cut down just because no matter what the ingredients are, it's still gone…

there are tons of zero calorie drinks.. and 1 cup of alfalfa sprouts is 10 calories, same with the brand of baby spinach that I buy. Walden Farms apparently has a bunch of zero calorie foods out, I think you can get them at health food stores. Shiritaki noodles I really want to try.
