Well im 5'6" but close enough,im doing small attainable goals atm like 180, 170, 160, but my real goal is about 150 :) my ultimate goal if i've still got enough spirit to avoid maintaining will be 130. I will get there.

I'm really obsessed with plain old water. I probably drink at least a glass every 20 minutes or so.. a lot. Sometimes I chug a full litre, sometimes I chug a couple cups.. don't try to taste it, hydration is about hydrating. I love the feeling of it flowing down when my stomach is empty, so refreshing!
