I am 28, have pcos and started with needing to lose at least 100 pounds. I am down 46 and started the end of January 2012. You can do it, you just need to stick to it everyday. I will add you.

i have lost 44 pounds this year, in the last month or so i have had to get all new shirts and pants because mine were all falling off. I went from a xxl to a large and an 18/20 to a 14/15. It feels so much better to wear clothes that fit instead of clothes that are falling off of you.

I usually burn between 700-900 per day therefore i am usually hungry so I end up eating 200-300 back, whenever I am not eating any of them back I plateau so I think eating some back is ok if you want to lose.

Tuesday goals: To work out and stay under calories. For August: To eat 5 servings of fruit/veggies everyday. When I started at the end of January I wanted to lose 100 pounds, I have now lost 42 only 58 left :) I am almost under 200 pounds which I haven't been in at least 7 years.

I started with 100 pounds to loose at the end of January. I am down 36 now and I workout 5-6 times per week for atleast an hour and stay under my calories 6 out of 7 days (sundays are my off day) I loose 1- 1.5 a week but sometimes I hit plateau's and stay the same for like two or three weeks. Its going great though.
