Help
I have been on here for almost a year. I have done well but the last month I have lost slowly within the same two pounds and at the beginning of December I was losing about 1.5-2 pounds per week then it just stopped. I have upped my exercise and eaten a little less but it doesn't seem to be working. Any help or suggestions…
