Your story has gotten to me more than any other ever has. I've just cried through most of it. We are the same age and height and I'm currently just under your starting weight, yet struggling to stay motivated. I believe this may have done the trick. Thank you for sharing! I have the Mirena. This is my second one and I love it. First 6 months I had some side effects (hair falling out, acne), but after that It's been great...No TOM for me!! :happy:

I only have one idea and it came from Jillian Michaels on her 30 Day Shred DVD...punching gets your heart rate up quite a bit and if you can handle holding some small weights that helps. Jillian recommends it if you have any sort of lower body injury. Sorry, I know it isn't much, but good luck finding more ideas! :smile:

I honestly would say it depends on how the one or two beers effects him. My husband drinks 1-2 almost daily as well and for him, it's seriously like water as far as how they effect him. 40 hours per week, unless I get to work overtime. That's rare though.
