  • Hi, I am 5'9 1/2" and am currently 157. I am aiming for 145 but haven't been that light in many many years. Still I'm on a good path right now so that is my goal. I'd like to get toned- right now I am not... I struggle with weights and have relied mainly on cardio.... Might have to mix it up to get to my goal...
  • I'm 5"9" and have a small to medium frame. I have been 20lbs lighter than I am not and wasn't sure if that was enough. Still for now, I would like to get back there and see where I can go. It's always great to see how other tall women fare with weight loss:smile:
  • I love this subject! I am 5'9 1/2" and my goal weight is 150 though in my head I would really prefer to be at 142. I was as low as 148 in my adult life but didn't stay there. I am now at 170 and starting over (again!)
