I gain all of the time. It is fluid. My hands get swollen and I am bloated. That is how I know my time of the month is here....and I am also really tired. I love the Turbo Jam dvd's! They are the absolute best. Chalene is just awesome and it involves kickboxing with some free-style dancing...best of both worlds! I can't wait until I am ready to do her Turbo Fire dvd's.

I love all of his dvd's. I went on ebay and bought a bunch of them really cheap. Gives me lots of different dvd's to do so I won't get bored. I also love Turbo Jam. Another great set of dvd's!

I can see the difference. Your hands, face and arms look smaller to me. You have done an awesome job! And to me if your clothes are fitting better then you are losing inches and that right there is great! I don't always go by the scale because sometimes the numbers don't really matter as far as how you feel.
