I have the same exact problem. But when I started to lose weight I noticed it did get smaller. As to whether or not it will ever be flat again I have no idea and would love to know if anyone has had that success.

I completely agree! I don't go by the scale because my weight will fluctuate but my clothes are getting smaller so I KNOW I'm losing something. I have given away my bigger clothes too because like you I don't want them hanging around and it will make me watch what I eat.

I just checked my BMI and I am no longer obese either! I couldn't tell you the last time my BMI didn't calculate me as obese. I can't wait until it computes it as healthy! Congrats to you!

Me too...I got mine off ebay and only got the dvd's. It didn't come with a schedule so I had no idea it was a 12 wk program. Any help would be great!

I was so happy when my boobs went from a 40 DD to a 40 D. Just that little bit helped with the overall look of my body!

I didn't weigh in today but I did weigh in on Thursday. I hate weighing in on Monday's for some reason I hold fluid. But when I weighed in on Thursday I was at 159 lbs. Which I finally broke the plataeu I was on. I had been stuck at 161 for weeks! So I am happy with that! 159 pounds!

I am taking Adipex now and it has really helped me. But I will say that in no way shape or form would I have lost the weight and inches I have without MFP or exercise. I have been on Adipex before years ago...stopped taking it and I did gain my weight back(it wasn't right away) but I also stopped exercising and stopped…

Last week my starting weight was 160 Today I weighed in at 163 :( ...I am carrying fluid on me and am feeling like crap. I am hoping by next week the fluid will be gone and I will have lost more!
