Well done. It is so hard to start it going, but once it does the feeling is fantastic.

I have one, I also do cardio but this helps to tone up the muscles. I find it great to get rid of womans worst problem bingo wings, I do an " arch" ie its like a push up but you hold half way up. It doesn't burn calories, but yes I definatly feel a benifit of useing it in my muscle tone themselves.

Thank you for your welcomes, I spent quite a while last night looking through posts, and the before and after pictures really proove that if you have the right mind set you can do it. So I am really going to get myself fitter, I know If I excersise more the weight will fall off.
