I used them, lost a stack of weight, am now successfully maintaining having changed my eating habits (using meal replacements broke the bad eating cycle for me). I've been having plain soya yoghurt (very low carb and not the flavoured ones that are full of sugar) and 100g of red fruits (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries for example). It works for any meal, not just breakfast.

I've been buying a plain soya yoghurt here in the UK and I absolutely love it. It's not hugely high in protein though (4g per 100g). Maybe you could mix it with some whey protein (if you're not vegan of course)?
