Skip it, your body will let you know if you need to eat those remaining calories. Your stomach will shrink too if you are eating less making you less hungry than you use to be.:happy:

I'm training for the Disney Half-Marathon in January. I recently hurt my groin so I have been out for a few weeks. I have never had to count calories but at 30 my metabolism is slowing down. Especially not running. So, here I am!
