There is no tone in text other than perceived tone.

Seemed like genuine curiosity to me, why be so rude and defensive?

Well it's your choice what level of priority you want to put on your health. It's simple though; if vibration plates worked to lose weight/tone up, why would anyone be fat? If it doesn't feel like work, then it's not a workout!
-
They're absolutely ridiculous when sold for the most common purpose; "weight loss and toning." I use one for my arthritis and it's fabulous, but it has made absolutely no difference to my physique. Why? Because YOU'RE JUST STANDING THERE, VIBRATING!

I don't see why not! Maybe icing sugar instead of cocoa powder for plain/vanilla? The peanut butter in the base isn't really noticeable, more just for texture/holding it together. My brother hates everything peanutty but still ate two without noticing. Butter would work just as well though.

Winning!

Thanks for your reply, This is basically how I saw it but want confirmation. Can't wait until I can do free weights but doctor has not recommended it yet until I re-strengthen from the arthritis.

Firstly, why do you care so much what somebody else doe? If they're getting results, what's it to you? Secondly, it's probably a joke. I logged 900 calories recently for "cooking meth". I actually worked my *kitten* off in a 55 min class and then did weights. What's it to ya?

Since I started using 98 unleaded it's SOOO expensive, even though I'm using less and my car is running better it's just TOO EXPENSIVE to continue

I'd recommend moving your activity level to moderately active. The MFP settings of sedentary/lightly/moderately/etc are quite low. I have a desk job but manage a team of 40 so move around a while, and MFP gives me 2600 a day for moderately active, yet I generally burn about 3,200.

Keep in mind some of them may have been very big to begin with. Speaking of which, I have a friend who fell pregnant at 120kg. The day she gave birth, she was 110kg. If you're already overweight you really don't need to gain ANYTHING when pregnant.

I drive fine all week, then the weekend comes, and I just drive like a hoon. How can I make myself drive properly on the weekend :(
-
I drove fast for four hours this morning, have I ruined all my efforts?

I don't drink any cows milk, it makes me sick (physically) but I love the taste so it sucks :'( Almond milk for me.

Oh haha. I'm in Melbourne. Australia is amazing, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else, you should definitely visit :) Oh, and there are some amazing vegan restaurants who even my non-vegan-self can't resist :'D
-
Australian; why do you ask?
-
You say you're eating at/below your calorie goal, but you don't say what your calorie goal actually is. One of the absolute most common reasons for not losing weight is NOT EATING ENOUGH.
-
How disappointed will you be when you're 30 years old an carrying an extra 50+lb on top of what you are now?
-
I'm going to steal this!
-
Chicken breasts and veggies. The only two things I eat absolutely every day.

"Better for you" ... nice

Holy CRAP, amazing!!

We had standard old school pancakes for breakfast, but instead of covering mine with maple syrup, I used a punnet of strawberries, some stevia and a tsp of olive oil to make an amazing strawberry sauce.

On Saturday I log for the week and do my grocery shopping on Sunday to match. Every night I check to make any adjustments needed for the next day, and I still update my diary with every meal as I refuse to "memorise" the calories. I make changes where I need to but it really works for me.

I ADORE mine. <3 was shocked at how much higher my TDEE is compared to my original estimate
-
It's simple, you are eating WAY below your BMR - not good!! Nobody should ever eat below their BMR. for loss, above BMR and below TDEE!
