Chobani plain 0% fat. It's amazing, I add 15gm choc peanut butter whey protein powder to bump the protein even further and make it a deliciously sweet dessert.

Mindfulness practice (and DBT) with my therapist. I did it for another purpose, but what it's done for my binge eating has been amazing.

For gods sake do NOT punish yourself. Yes, go for a run/walk/exercise to earn yourself some calories but it's not a punishment! Jesus tap dancing christ...

This. I've had stressful weeks where I've done this 5 days and still had a loss of a few hundred grams. It gives me an extra 700-1000 calories for the day and while the scales may show a "weight gain" the next day it's just bloating, not fat gain.

Enjoy it! I'll be eating loads and losing any possible gain over the following week :) this is for life so a day once in a while won't hurt.
