Wow! How high do you spike your calories, if you don't mind me asking? I really don't care what the scale says day to day, as long as it's going down on a monthly basis, so all good.
-
Thought so. :) Just wanted to confirm I was correct as I'm doing my first spike day on Monday; my partner and I always go out to this amazing all you can eat asian restaurant for special occasions. Mmmmmm!

23, feel free to add me! :D

Mine varies heaps. Work days I have breakfast at 6am, morning tea at 8am-9am, lunch at 11am-12pm, afternoon tea at 2pm-3pm, dinner from 5pm-7pm and dessert/late snack from 7pm-9pm. Days off is pre-breakfast smoothie at 9am, post-gym breakfast at 11am-12pm, lunch at 2pm-3pm, dinner at 6pm-8pm and dessert/late snack 8pm-10pm.

Nothing wrong with that. When I last lost weight, I got down to 86kg/190lb and I looked f***ing hot! Different people hold their weight differently. I doubt I'll want to go far below the top of our healthy weight range which is, as I mentioned above, 74kg/163lb.
-
I'm 5'8" and my current goal is 74kg/163lb. That's the top of my healthy weight range and I haven't been a healthy weight since I was a pre-teen. I'll reassess from there. Nobody needs a specific goal weight.... Just keep losing until you look in the mirror and go "Wow, this works for me."

I had my first kiss at 13 and my first real boyfriend at (I think it was) 15.

I think I love you.

bump to find out recipes! hehe

bump!

There's heaps. Rolo custard, a slice of cheesecake, leftover deep fried honey chicken.

The people I work with find it fascinating. I find that I'm on here every 15 minutes because the guys want to know the calories of their snacks and lunches just out of interest (which quite often go over my entire daily caloric limit!)
-
Ahh :) and I believe it, was just interested hehe.

I weigh daily and log it weekly. I weigh daily because I find it motivational. Even though scales fluctuate for reasons out of our control, it motivates me to work harder the days that it goes up even by 0.1
-
Rarely, sometimes, sometimes and YES. For the most part, if it fits in your calories you will still lose weight, don't stress.
-
I have a no-count day about once a month when we go to the all you can eat asian buffet. Oh, and I eat ALL I can eat.
-
Make your diary public?

I too weigh every day. I write it down on a calendar I keep in my bedroom. I know weight fluctuates every day, but if anything that works to my advantage. Days I see my weight go up by even 0.1kg, I work SO SO hard and see the scales go down huge amounts the next day. It's motivational for those who are positive about my…

I always shake my head a bit when I see "big girls" (my size, 220+) who get on the treadmill for 10 minutes then go buy a gatorade and leave. And I see them do it 4 days a week. Seriously, who are you kidding?
-
Your slippers are the BEST! I'm jealous.

5'8" and aiming for about 163lb (top of my healthy weight range) before I reassess. I doubt I'll go much lower than that, last time I lost weight I got down to about 185 and I looked fantastic, was US size 8-10 in bottoms but bigger on top because I still had H cups LOL. Don't want to lose them either :)

Oh my god I can't wait to try this. I made my partner real alfredo the other day and had about 4 forkfuls for my dinner with a salad to fill me - THIS WILL SAVE MY LIFE! Hahah.

Oh man!!!

Bump! yum yum
-
Oh YUM! Need to try this for breakfast

If I'm feeling hungry ~1hr before bed I'll have two hard boiled eggs, white only. It's enough to fill you up long past bed time and only ~30 calories, and will not make you feel bloated.
-
I'll go anywhere. Holding it really isn't worth the embarrassment you might save of spending 3 minutes in the toilet.

I don't really consider that comment all that harsh. Not worded great, but the general jist of it is fine. If you're overweight, it's generally pretty true that you would be hotTER if you lost weight!
