My first one is in the oven, eeek. Unfortunately won't be able to cook the intended way, as my oven turns off if I put it below 140c/280f but we'll see how it goes

Grated zucchini in EVERYTHING. You can have HEAPS without even tasting it. In one serving of my bolognese there's half a cup of zucchini and half a cup of carrot, nobody has any idea there's veggies in there.

Nope - that's what you have left for the weekend.

There's nothing wrong with that comment. People just have different tastes.

I ate nearly 3,000 yesterday - my target is 2,000. In fact I eat 3,000 nearly every Friday. But I only eat approx 1,500 a day on the weekends so it works well :)

Toasted muesli in banana smoothies is amazing and makes them way. way more filling.

This is true.

That does also include the two days to go - don't get yourself OVER excited - but yes it's good :)

Why the hell would you suggest cancer? Are you messed up, why would you do that to a person? You need to gain muscle, that's all.

I think you need this: binge a. A period of unrestrained, immoderate self-indulgence.

Are you 800-1000 under NET, or are you a straight 800-1000 over (ie eating 900-1100 cal a day)

I'm with you. I just don't get it. I wouldn't marry a person I wasn't comfortable sharing my finances with.

I'm the reverse - I manage to eat fine on the weekends (usually) and find it harder during the week. My overall daily calorie goal is 2000 a day, so 14,000 a week. I allow myself 1,400 on weekend days and 2,200 on weekdays. You could do a reverse and reduce Mon-Thu by 200 calories each and up Fri-Sun by 265ish. EDIT:…

What an AMAZING read :)

Same for me. When I worked night shift it was the same. If I woke up at 5pm on Sunday, I'd track all that food as SUNDAY even until I went to bed at 10am on Monday.

The way I see it? Focus on you for a while - don't go looking for a relationship, but if something happens naturally, don't turn away from it. You'll often find that the best things happen when you're not looking at all :)

5'8 and currently aiming for top of healthy weight range (74kg / 163lb) I would love to get to 69kg / 152lb to be in the 60s :) But I will play it by ear, as I have never been a healthy weight in my life, and I don't know what size would suit my frame.

Didn't you get the memo? Saturated fat isn't the devil anymore, that's trans fat now.

She just lays there and takes it. Even licks the kittens head a few times. I think she wants to be a mum LOL

My kitten is 6 months old and still dries to drink milk from the source.... The source being my DOG.

It's not a pound of fat as I'm sure your TDEE is close to 2,000 calories so you were probably only over 1,500 or so. It's ok - we all have days like that. I ate 3,300 calories today. You may ask why? I ask why not? I felt like eating the things I did and it's a once in a while thing. If you eat properly for the rest of the…

I gained 30kg while working night shift. Not because it makes any difference at all what time of day you eat, but because it became TOO EASY to overeat. Wake up 4pm Eat dinner with family at 5.30pm - MEAL 1 Get to work at 7pm Eat dinner at work at 8pm - MEAL 2 Snack on a large bag of chips, a block of chocolate, and a 2L…
