  • I'm doing the same as you, i'm 5'3 and I take in 1200 calories a day and I walk for about 1 to 2 hours a day. The weight has been coming off!:flowerforyou:
  • Well, i'm 5'3 and right now my long term go is between 135-140. I have to wait until i get near there and see how i feel. People are telling me that will be too small but I want to be healthy and comfortable with myself. For the first time in my life no one else opinion matters.
