You may want to get checked out for diabetes. When my blood sugar is high, it doesn't matter how much I eat, I am ALWAYS hungry.

I was wondering the same thing. After I swim at 24 hour fitness, it gives me much more calories and I eat them. This is my first week and I haven't lost weight. What about you?

I am new and have 75 pounds to lose but I would be interested in sharing. I have followed the plan pretty well this first week and haven't lost weight. I have it set to "sedentary" sp? and then excercise a lot in order to eat more food. Do y'all think the calories burned listed by excercising is accurate?
