LMFAO!!! As for me, unfortunately I'm single, but I wouldn't log it no matter how fantastically aerobic it was. I also don't log the hours I walk around while shopping, or anything outside of "typical exercise" (gym, running, etc).

I'm a food-addict and a binge eater, but this site has helped me at least control my eating so I don't continuously gain weight. I definitely exercise to eat more. Whatever your motivation for exercising is, it's a good thing.....

I have a HORRIBLE binge eating problem. I can't keep any sweets in the house, so that would be my first suggestion. If it's not there, you can't eat it. Same thing happens to me. If I eat like crap I'll go 1-2 times a day. I eat healthy and I'm lucky if it happens every two or three days and it hurts.
