Hey girl, I've never have weave extensions, so sorry I can't answer that question. I do have clip in hair extensions and they always look amazing. It's a good alternative because then you are not forced to have them in all the time and no damage is done to your hair. PM me if you want more info on them.

YES! They make a huge difference. I bought mine at sports chalet. Make sure you try them on and have them put the clips on for you.

No I never log when I binge.....that's why I can't lose weight. It's embarrassing to log an extra 5k calories on a binge, so I just don't. I think it would definitely help if I did. I usually put "binge" in my notes.

Here's my opinion: For an average man, I don't think there is a need for getting rid of all the hair. It's nice to be trimmed up down there, but no need to completely shave or get rid of your chest hair. If a man is in a body competition, obviously they'll need to get rid of the hair on their chest, etc. For extremely…
