Personally, I am the same way. Food is my addiction (well sweets). Once I have one cookie, I will eat the whole box, then a carton of ice cream and so on. In the past, the only way FOR ME (a lot of ppl are different) to not binge is to totally cut it out. I'm struggling with this now.
