Walking 6-7 days a week, I am preparing for a marathon walk in June, I've lost 15lbs so far. I walk a lot on my lunch break at work and long walks on weekends. Fresh fruits and veggies and cut back on sweets. I don't believe in depriving myself, I let myself have something, but less of it.
