Do what works for you. I find that when I have some protein in the morning I eat better all day. It took a lot of food journaling to figure that out for me.

I fell off the stability ball... more like rolled off. I'm kind of rolly poly myself so I'm sure someone was laughing at the 'fat chick' but I don't care... I've been going there for 2 years straight and have seen lots of 'skinny' people come and go. Lots of farts.. I sneezed once and wet myself too.

I prefer cinco de miracle whip over cinco de mayo lol! ok that was bad.... No real plans... hubby asked for a chef salad for dinner. I'm going to mix in some spinach and kale and see if he notices.

I have the fitbit ultra which I don't think is available anymore. I also find it to be more accurate on my bra and less chance of falling off.

I've thought about the C5k but I've wondered if I would hurt myself trying to jog? I'm 313 and rather large breasted.
