Low Carb Pancakes: 1 block cream cheese 4 eggs 2 tbsp vanilla extract Cinnamon to taste Mix in Nutribullet or blended, pour into skillet and cook like you would pancakes. These are fantastic!!!!

You can get Ground Turkey leaner at 99/1-- but I prefer the taste of Ground Beef better and opt for 97/3.

Popcorn or veggies with hummus, it's the crunch that you're addicted to. Both of these options can be very healthy and a great snack!!!
