  • ✅✅✅ 3 mile run. I haven’t run in like two weeks and boy oh boy do you lose some umph after 2 weeks! I look forward to getting back in the groove and runs being easier again. The plan I’ve come up with for the next at least two months: Calorie intake: 1850, not eating exercise calories back Exercise: 3 run days, 3 gym days,…
  • I forgot to post last night in my effort to not acknowledge what day it was. If we don’t look at 2022 and acknowledge it maybe it won’t try to one up 2021… 🤔😂😭
  • Thanks for the protein clarifications @ideas2 and @MadisonMolly2017! I am absorbing everyone’s comments and my wheels are turning - formulating a plan. Lol. We’ll see where I end up with. 🏃🏻‍♀️x 🍔 = 💃🏻
  • @WhatMeRunning - I’m intrigued by the idea I should be eating more carbs not less. My binging is usually like the day after a run day. Hmmm. @ashleycarole86 - I’d turn off negative adjustments. No one needs that kind of negativity in their lives LOL, plus how do you plan for something ruining your day at the last minute…
  • @MadisonMolly2017 - Thank you for this ❤️ I work out 7 days a week - usually 4 days running, 3 days functional strength at the gym (sometimes 4 days gym depending on schedules and weather). What I wanted to get out of it = help with my macros since I usually end up carb heavy to get my protein numbers high enough to meet…
  • Thanks @tahm42 - you’ve made me feel less crazy. Lol. ❤️ I actually eat eggs and dairy so I’m just a standard vegetarian not a completely plant based vegan - but the fact that she thinks eggs are part of a plant based diet made me LOL. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
  • Pass day. Girls night dinner that I have no idea how to quantify. I saw a nutritionist today to try to get me back on track. I feel like it was a waste of time. That being said I really didn’t like that she told me I should be eating 1400 calories a day and not eating exercise calories back (38yo, 5’8”, 185lbs) and I told…
  • @ideas2 - if you’re doing Low Fodmaps, I highly suggest The Compelte Low Fodmap Diet by Sue Shepard. I find her outline of it the easiest to follow. The Monash University low fodmaps app is also pretty handy.
  • Pass #who-knows-at-this-point. Dragging across the finish line for 2021. Prepping to start 2022 strong though. Rheumatologist doesn’t think I’m crazy or making anything up which is nice. I gave 6 large vials of blood for testing, had a back X-ray and a few hip X-rays done (the X-ray bloomers are possibly the least…
  • Happy birthday @WhatMeRunning!
  • Pass. My last planned one of the month as we just got home from traveling. So glad to be home. Rheumatologist apt I’ve been waiting for months for tomorrow. 😬🤞🏻 Let’s see if he tells me it’s all in my head or there is something going on. I’m not sure which I’d prefer honestly.
  • Pass day. We return home tomorrow and I can regain control over my food situations. Merriest Christmas friends ❤️🎄. I appreciate the *kitten* out of you.
  • Pass
  • YESSSSSSSS! This is so awesome! ❤️ Pics of ring needed!
  • Pass. My plan for today hinged on hubs running to Whole Foods today while I worked to get me food and… well, he lost track of time so here we are. Lol. The in-laws have zero protien I can eat in this house so it’s just carbs carbs carbs until we can get to the store.
  • Pass-a-Roni.
  • Love todays GIF! I promise to try to try too! Pass day. I did poorly on protein today so at 10pm I started craving all my usual protein sources and was like oh I should probably eat a beyond burger before tomorrow spirals. It’s also the time of the month I get all my weird cravings - esp for vitamin b and protein. I was…
  • Random side note to follow up on something I'm not even sure I posted here? But you know, I find it interesting so here we are and it ties into something I know we discussed one day here. LOL. As I may or may not have mentioned - my apple watch was having my heart rate at an average of 180-190 during runs, sometimes…
  • ✅✅✅ Today was good. Carrying 7 pass days on the month after my landslide the past few days.
  • Pass
  • Pass
  • Hyperbole and a half always makes me LOL (where the images in that meme originate). Pass day. I was struggling with the whole "put off resetting until after Christmas" and I fixed that by weighing myself right after dinner on a day I went off the rails, fully clothed and stuffed the the brim with food. OH THAT NUMBER WAS…
  • Still here and tracking despite falling off the “UAC” bandwagon a bit the pst few days. Dialing back in to get me through the holidays.
  • Today: ✅✅✅ Yesterday was emotionally trying and ended up being pass day #3. I think I literally ate half the jar of Nutella. I’m feeling frustrated that I can’t get my food right so today I called and made an apt with a nutritionist for the end of the month. I think that was today? I have no concept of time right now.…
  • ✅✅✅
  • Quick check in to say pass day #3 and I feel gross about it, so looking forward to the fresh start tomorrow. Will need to check in again to go over the food pusher post again. I def need help with that 😬
  • I look like I have a moustache, 6 chins, and this weird band of fat running horizontally across my thighs. I have no idea how it was physically possible for me to look like that but hey - props to the photographer 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
  • Pass day #2 I survived the four mile race! I just approached it as another run and not a race. Not very fast (38min and change) but my IT band is happy and nothing else hurts (yet). I think I’m ready to get back to normal runs next week. Hooray! The only pic of me I’ve seen is just terrible. My one best friend described it…
  • ✅✅✅ Pass days used: 1 Fingers crossed my IT band is happy tomorrow and I last for 4 miles!
  • Good luck @slimtastesbetter! 🍀🏃🏻‍♀️
