sometimes I go by my fit foods and they have pretty good meals for 290 calories...

I had a my fit foods dinner - steak and veggies - believe me it's not alot... so it will have to suffice.

I love zumba - I do it 4 times a week... along with eating right... into my 2nd week. don't worry if people are looking at you funny noone is looking they are trying to get the moves too. Win win situation... and I burned 500 calories in 1 hr... yay!!! Rebecca
