Mine is part of a 3 person costume. I'm little red riding hood , my friend is going as the wolf (she is going to be a sexy wolf of course) & her husband is going as the grandma. Following the Grimm Fairytale style, not the kids versions :) I can't wait!

Sauteed Brussel sprouts with olive oil & minced garlic are always a fav of mine. Also Moroccan stew is always good. There are so many recipes for it. I don't really follow a recipe when I make it. I did weight watchers online last year. I lost almost 30 lbs. I didn't attend meetings, just online. I stopped paying for weight watchers when a friend told me about MFP. And really think about it! Is this something you really want forever? I have tattoos and love them. They all mean something & were all drawn especially for ME. First you need to pick an artist who's style you like. Even ask different artists to draw something up for you. Don't rush

Agreed! Some days it is hard for me to get up to the daily allowance , unless I have eaten out. But like others have said listen to your body! Everyone is different :)
