Low carb is one of the only things that works for me. I just started back on MFP again after 2 years. I had great success, but then started slacking....now I'm up almost 20 lbs again. Nope. Time to get back on track. I have to fit in a wedding dress in 6 months

My fitbit was way off all the time! It would tell me I climbed 12 flights when I had climbed none, it would give me no steps for walking for an hour & 180 while I slept. I took it back & just use my HMR for exercise.

I like mine with a sprinkle of cinnamon & dried cranberries , I also use this to top Ezekiel sprouted grain cinnamon raisin bread. Or make french toast with the cinnamon bread using egg whites & top that with it. You can add honey if you want it sweeter.

I'm almost done with the 1st week of Slim in 6. I like it so far, I feel stronger. I also like Turbo Jam. The Yoga Booty Ballet are good for days like I like to take it a little easier, although I didn't used to think that. I also want to try ChaLEAN Extreme next. It looks really good.
