100 SIDE LATS!

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!
You can go without weights of course, but if you add weight, don’t forget to brag!
Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?
Break them up into sets if need be.
Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight!) when completed!

Done! Did it with my small 3 lbs weights....but was able to do 100 in a row without stopping!0

I've been bad all week--I injured my foot running on Monday--but enough pity party. I'm going to try to get this, the calf raises AND the push ups in today. (This is me trying to get some accountability!)0

done - used 10 pds weights for everyother set of 10, used fabric softner jug (full of softner)1.5 qrt for every other set of ten, towards end with weights was getting more challenging0

I keep forgetting to log in before 12....oops.
I did 100 with 7lb weights. First time doing them all with weights, did them in sets of 20. I also finished the other 100 calf raises with 10# weights.0 -
