  • Hey girl, don't despair! Mix it up, try something you haven't done before in your workouts, like if you always walked or ran, do some weight lifting for a while and walk lightly until you feel more secure. You're awesome for getting back at it! So many would just give up, but no, YOU are BACK!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!
