You are on the right track by being on MFP. Stay away from those suppliments. Search for foods that will help you out. Water is also a good way to go. Take care, please stay away from those suppliments.

Don't give up. Maybe try cardio with jogging and giving yourself recovery time with walking. You will see progress, when you see that you are losing, then start insanity. You may be bulking up. That is what my sister did and she looks awesome. You will get there. Chin up. work in progress. :smile:

Hi ! I am up for the April weight loss challenge. My current weight is 158.5 . My goal weight is 120 lbs. My NSV is that my jeans I used to have to squeeze into can be put on with no effort. My weigh in are every Saturday. So my next weigh in will be April 14th, April 21, April 28th. :flowerforyou:

I plan to take a trip to Disney with my family. Want to look decent in a swim suit when I go to the water park. We go in July. Hopefull I will reach my goal. :smile:
