I lost a lot when I cut out fast food/takeout. So yeah, but cutting out a meat every few moths(at first it was beef, then turkey, then pork, and so on...) helped me drop 100lbs. Im not vegetarian yet, but Im getting there and the health benefits out shine the weight loss! WAY TO GO with the bread! THATS AMAZING!!!!!

im almost 5' 7" My highest is 249lbs, in 1 yr and 7months I LOST 100LBS! Ive gained a little back to im around 160lbs now. aiming for 130... but in high school at the same height I was 117lbs... so that something i think about /-:
