I actually stopped tracking my exercise on MFP. I track my calories and macros but not my exercise (I track exercise on bodyspace). It wasn't really telling me anything, personally, for my goals. I just choose a calorie goal that is appropriate for my activity level. I realize a lot of people eat back their calories but…

I agree that the machine may also be high.

I was curious what MFP says about this - they actually have an FAQ about this: - These calculations, while reasonably accurate, are not as accurate as the feedback from a cardio machine in the gym, or an activity tracker, that can calculate your calories burned based on data collected moment to moment. For this reason, our…

Probably neither is accurate. They are both giving you some sort of ball park without really being able to accurately calculate calories burned. I suspect the machine is closer in this case.

I like the Lean Body For Her protein powders. They are the first ones that I have tried that don't taste horrible to me. If I have to choke it down, I won't drink it.

Mine is open and I love the support and accountability that friends provide :)

I'm 29, chatty and a mommy. I could always use more friends with similar goals :)

If your diary is accurate, you aren't consuming nearly enough calories. You body needs at least 1200 to function and most days it didn't look like you hit that. When you do have time to eat, eat a well-balanced meal, you'll see more sustainable results if you aren't starving yourself of nutrition.

Oh! I need more friends too!

I get coconut oil from my co-op and totally love it! I buy the odorless coconut oil because my husband doesn't like coconut. It is also a really good moisturizer.

Awesome! Those workouts are tough!

I've not heard good things about the accuracy of the Nike one - no GPS will be 100% accurate but it gets a lot of complaints. I have the Garmin 305 and love it a lot. Its easy to use and upload and Garmin's support is great.

Welcome! Its awesome that you have lost 20 pounds - I love the support that I find here!

You look great!!

I think it depends on what type of workout and how you respond to food while working out. I can't eat anything within like an hour if I'm going to run but I can do almost anything else within 30 minutes or so

I always weigh myself once a week on the day after a full rest day. When I weigh myself when I have worked out hard the day before, I always weigh a little high.

I like http://www.bodyrock.tv/. It is free and online so I do it at home. They do use some equipment (which I don't have) - sometimes they tell you what you can do instead or I just try to sub something that works similar muscles.
-
I would strength train - you would look and feel better with some muscle on you.

Right now, I'm in San Antonio. Best of luck on your journey! Feel free to add me!
