Found it. http://www.workoutmusiconline.com/ you can try the intervals on his web site. He has a info on tabata also. Check it out. We really like it for our workouts.

I googled tabata to try and find the one I bought and downloaded, I like it because it's a good beat for your routines and a coach, which is a voice that tells you when to start and stop you intervals. I'll go back and search some more for you, If I find it I'll link it for you.

Tried out the Polar FT7 HRM Wednesday morning. Three hour fitness skate. Skated intermediate for the whole session. Duration 2:58:26 Calorie burn,1180 Average HR,103 Max HR,150, Fat Burn, 2:00:27 Fitness, 57:45 A lot of the time I was jawin with the skating friends, or it could have been a lot higher.

Lets see your boy friend strap on a pair and make it happen. I'm 57, skate sometimes 3 times a week, burn an average of 1100 calories per session. Go for it, you won't regret it.

Hi Marty i do a tabata, 38 minute HIIt workout five time a week. Very good calorie burner. I'm just starting to take body measurements, although I have lost 28 pounds, doing this and other workouts.

I bought a set of Reebok adjustable's, from 2 to 25 pounds, depends on how much you're looking to lift. They are $60.00 a piece US, but very well built. Mine are two years old and not one problem. they are very nice and I believe they are stainless steel.

Forgot to say, losing weightt with it also. Its a nice light to intermediate workout.

Tomorrow is a rest day, Monday is the last day of a 30 day challenge. I like the wii active, I sometimes use it for a warmup for strength training.

Thats interesting, I have the FT7. I can only go by what it tells me. i know it has artificial intelligence that is to help program it to monitor your body, maybe it is still acclimating to your body, just a thought.

I use waist bands and a sauna suit. I know it is said its useless, although I drink over a gallon of water each day. It works out through the pours, cleansing them. I have used the three together for months now and my skin is much healthier, no skin tags, only had two and no rough spots, so I say use them, If it works for…

I have the FT7 also. I'm very pleased with it. It does differ from every guesstament, I trust the FT7 with is's chest strap, means better accuracy.

I roll on quads, I wore my HRM last week to the rink for a three hour fitness skate, it measured an 1180 calorie burn. I skated moderate to fast most of the time. And yes it has helped on my weight loss journey. I've met a lot of nice people also.

Mine resting, I take it three times a day, averages 50 to 54, my b/p is 125/ 65 resting average. Two months ago, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure 170/105. Exercise, portion control and reducing sodium has helped that. No b/p meds.

I would say the same, I purchased the FT7, and like it a lot. i think the FT4 would do good for you.

I ended up with the {PolarFT7}. Owned for a month now, with no problems or complaints, once I figured out how to use it.

Wii Fit Active, 30 day challenge. It has many other exercise routines and you can customize them also. We have the Kineck also, it just seems to slow between routines. Just my personal observation.

I don't own New Balance, mine is a Polar. I hit start, that starts the heart rate, then hit start again that starts the session, try that. Hope this helps

Unless you have a "chest strap" type HRM. I would do like you do, average them out.
