What a bout blue tooth hearing aids, I've been reading about them. Is that technoligy here yet and will it help with tinnitus? I notice when I have soft music playing, the tinnitus Is not as bad and I use a blue tooth headset for my phone

I started at 245, started logging at 220. My goal weight was 170, hit that and kept going. Got down to 157. the correct weight for my height. I do HIIT. Jogging in place with 2 pound ankle weights and 2-1/2 pound barbells, It's a killer workout. I also alternate days doing nothing but abs in HII. I also like Insanity. HIIT.

My daily goal is 142, I try to stay 1 or 2 under. If they are good carbs your eating, don't worry to much, if they are from processed food, thats not good. Try to stay as close as you can to your daily goal. hope that helps. That is with exercise, 1 hour moderate to heavy.

We cook with it sparingly, actually a little bit goes a long way, and like what was mentioned, the fats in coconut oil are considered good fat, like anything, in moderation and you'll be fine.for instance, one tbsp & 1/2 cup of popcorn, makes a tasty popcorn, just like movie theater pop corn. Don't stop using it!
