  • how bout the local non denominational, faith based church in your town. Close to your home. Won't hurt to talk to someone there.
  • My workout is much the same as yours. I mix it up. I'v done most of the get ripped videos, so I know the moves in my head. I just mix them up, works well for me also. My workout time is 1 hour per day with one rest day. I time each 1/2 hour. Like you, I,ll do a full core, lunges, jump lunges, squats, a variety of crunches,…

  • I mix it up, no actual plan or set schedule no set reps, just keep it in memory. I've done a lot of rip videos, so I know all the moves. I do a combination of squats, jump lunges, stretches, full core workout. I also do push ups, burpees, hamstring stretches and any thing else I can think of. I also do work with an easy…

  • I was a heavy highway builder, asphalt, for 37 years. Best work out you can get, ate like a pig all day never gained weight till age 45. Now I work out every day in the direct sun for 1 hour, 60 push ups, 60 burpees 100 hamstring stretches, 75 jump lunges, 100 squats, full core workout. I love the heat, hotter the better.…
  • If I chewed gum, I would.
  • I just started logging food again. Mostly to get back to portion control.
  • Road builder, 37 years, 25 for one company, 12 for myself. Loved it in the beginning, hated it at the end. It was well worth it though, like belonging to a gym and getting paid for it. I also owned a small electronics business part time from 1986 till 1998 while working as a full time road builder. Now a full time retired…
  • I'm a out door exerciser. I run the trails that I cut in on our property, good cross fit. Usually around 10:00 am. Then onto the workout after a brief rest. I like to start my workout around 1:30. I have an area in the back yard"nice and private" spread a moving blanket in the sunny spot. Start out with jump lunges squats,…
  • Yeah, that's exactly why I eat them! For ~200 calories, I'd rather have a Pure Protein chocolate and peanut butter bar with 20g of protein than a couple of Reese's cups with 5g. I wouldn't use them as meal replacements. They're just snacks. [/quote] Yep I eat a Pure Protein bar with a red delicious apple. I like the taste…
  • Nice, keep it up, your looking great!
  • I started at 245, started logging at 220. My goal weight was 170, hit that and kept going. Got down to 157. the correct weight for my height. Thats a loss of 88 pounds, but I felt 157 was to light, so with weight training and using my food intake correctly, I am back at 178. I try to maintain between 170 and 175, darn hard…
  • I do HIIT. Jogging in place with 2 pound ankle weights and 2-1/2 pound barbells, It's a killer workout. I also alternate days doing nothing but abs in HII. I also like Insanity. HIIT.
  • Good for you, I'm glad for ya.
  • I keep mine open for others to see, to give ideas. I like looking at other diaries to get ideas for different foods.
  • I looked for you in the owners manual of my FT7. No there is not in the FT7, at least I didn't see one.
  • My diary is open, you might see something you like.
  • I'd leave it alone, your at 0 on your carbs.
  • Living on the river, next to a State park, I've been a been a wild animal feeder. I've fed animals and birds for 15 years, so they are my buddy's. Newly retired, I have time in the morning now to sit and enjoy their antics. I've turned into a exercise junkie also, so I'll call that a hobby. Being born into the world of…
  • Thanks again, I'll do that If I have any questions. Thats why I thought i'd ask, I read the reviews, they were all good, but you never know about advertisers. I am going to look further into one.
  • That helped a lot, thanks.
  • Popcorn! 1Tbsp coconut oil 1/2 cup popcorn, about 8 cups popped, tastes great.
  • I try to pause it , just before I pass out.
  • My daily goal is 142, I try to stay 1 or 2 under. If they are good carbs your eating, don't worry to much, if they are from processed food, thats not good. Try to stay as close as you can to your daily goal. hope that helps. That is with exercise, 1 hour moderate to heavy.
  • We cook with it sparingly, actually a little bit goes a long way, and like what was mentioned, the fats in coconut oil are considered good fat, like anything, in moderation and you'll be fine.for instance, one tbsp & 1/2 cup of popcorn, makes a tasty popcorn, just like movie theater pop corn. Don't stop using it!
  • Just did the tabata HIIT I linked you to. Duration, without warmdown, 33:04 Calories burned, 448 Average HR 148 Max HR 172 It will work you.
